PREACH THE GOSPEL AS AN EMERGENCY

ROMANS 10: 14
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? (KJV)

A man is saved when he believes the gospel. The gospel is a message which must be preached and heard. God has entrusted the preaching of the gospel to men. Therefore, without us preaching the gospel, men will die and go to hell for eternal damnation. It is the will of God for all men to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. When we keep quiet, there will be no salvation. Salvation is available for all but unless the gospel is preached, heard and believed, no one can be saved.

Unfortunately, some of our friends, school mates, family members, and colleagues at work and people that we relate often with are not saved but we care less and go about our normal activities without the desire to preach the gospel to them. A man has not heard enough of the gospel until he is saved. You cannot say that you have preached enough to somebody or an unsaved person has already heard enough of the gospel.

The preaching of the gospel must be handled as an emergency. In emergencies, every opportunity is a lifesaving opportunity. You may be his or her last opportunity for salvation. A lot of people are dying without being saved. Salvation is a serious matter. It must be taken as serious as a hospital emergency case. No room for excuses or playing. Souls must be saved. The best expression of love you can ever give to somebody is to preach for him to believe for salvation. See salvation as an emergency assignment. Preach at all time and to all people. The world needs to hear this message of Christ for salvation.
